Fitzsimons Innovation Community’s April Giles Honored as an Outstanding Women in Business Finalist
Congratulations to April Giles, Fitzsimons Innovation Community Vice President of Business Development, for her selection as a finalist for the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business Award. Giles leads strategy and growth initiatives for Fitzsimons Innovation Community.
The prestigious 21-year-old award program recognizes women from the Denver metro area for their innovation, entrepreneurship, professional accomplishment and community leadership. A panel of judges selected Giles and 35 other finalists from 298 nominations.

Giles joined the Fitzsimons Innovation Community team in October of 2019 after a seven-year tenure as the Colorado BioScience Association President & CEO.
She will be honored along with the other Outstanding Women in Business finalists at an awards reception hosted by the Denver Business Journal on August 21.
