The development will support the area's growing life sciences hub, which is anchored by the CU Anschutz Medical Campus, and includes plans for mixed-use zones, residential-only areas, and improved infrastructure. With a minimum height of 4 stories for new buildings, the project aims to create a vibrant, walkable neighborhood that integrates seamlessly with the district’s cutting-edge research and medical facilities. Construction is expected to begin following resolution of final technical reviews.
