Conference Room Scheduler
Book your space, stay connected.
Need a place to meet, present, or collaborate? Our campus conference rooms are available to all Community members. Reserve your space, check availability, and find everything you need to make your meeting happen seamlessly.
Community members may schedule conference rooms in their respective buildings for free. Conference rooms in alternate buildings are charged at a 30% discount for FIC members.

Tenant Café Portal
Your business hub, simplified.
Manage the essentials in one convenient place. The Tenant Café gives you 24/7 access to pay rent, submit work orders, review leasing documents, and handle day-to-day business operations, so you can stay focused on what matters most.
During on-boarding or upon request, our property management team will send a registration email for access to the Cafe.
