Developed by CU Anschutz researchers, the treatment uses genetically modified immune cells designed to target two pathways associated with tumor growth and immune resistance. The therapy will be manufactured at the Gates Biomanufacturing Facility on the Anschutz Medical Campus, demonstrating the value of bringing research, biotechnology manufacturing and clinical care together within a connected innovation ecosystem.
