Fitzsimons Innovation Community Welcomes Georgia Leadership Delegation

Fitzsimons Innovation Community recently welcomed 47 business, civic and community leaders from Georgia as part of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Strategic Leadership Visit to the Denver metropolitan area.

The three-day visit provided opportunities for regional leaders to explore approaches to economic development, transportation, redevelopment and innovation. During their visit to Fitzsimons, participants learned about the innovation ecosystem surrounding the Anschutz Medical Campus and how partnerships among health care, research, education, government and industry support business growth and scientific advancement. The visit highlighted Fitzsimons as an example of collaborative economic development and encouraged the exchange of ideas among regional leaders.
